Delivery / Lieferung

We use DHL, FedEx, UPS or "Warenpost" by German Mail. For orders with DHL, FedEx and UPS, an email with tracking is sent to the recipient automatically. For packages sent with Deutsche Post, you can contact us if you want to track your parcel. If you need to know which company we use for your shipment, please write us a mail or a note in the order form field. Delivery to Germany expected within 2-3 days.
International delivery time varies depending on your destination and the delivery company. Feel free to ask for an estimation.
International shipments up to 2 kg sent by Deutsche Post are insured up to 20 Euros. If you need shipping with insurance value please send us an email upfront.
A delivery is considered refused by its receiver if you refuse a delivery or you ignore / forget to pick-up a delivery in time. Please note the terms and conditions of UPS and Deutsche Post AG.

Wir versenden mit DHL, FedEx, UPS oder als "Warenpost International“ mit der Deutschen Post. DHL, FedEx und UPS schicken die Tracking-Nummer automatisch an Empfänger*innen. Die Deutsche Post verschickt keine Tracking-Nummer, sie kann aber bei per E-mail bei uns abgefragt werden.
Die Lieferzeit innerhalb Deutschlands beträgt in der Regel ca. 2-3 Tage.
Internationale Lauf- und Lieferzeiten variieren je nach Zielregion und hängen vom jeweiligen Transportunternehmen ab. Wir können hier nur Einschätzungen geben.
Eine Lieferung gilt dann als annahmeverweigert wenn die Annahme verweigert bzw. postlagernde Lieferungen ignoriert oder vergessen wurden.
Internationale Lieferungen mit der Deutschen Post sind nur bis EUR 20 versichert. Wenn ein höherer Versicherungswert gewünscht wird, schreibt uns eine E-mail.
